Common questions
How are structural gate results derived?
States are derived from server-delivered structural signals across reachability, legibility, and authority gates. Derivation is not assigned — it reflects pre-existing structural conditions.
What does telemetry retention mean?
Retention determines how far back Pulse telemetry is stored. Public access retains 7 days of agent signals. Higher tiers extend retention to 90 days for longitudinal trend analysis.
What counts as a monitored domain?
Each unique apex domain (e.g. company.com, company.co.uk) counts separately. The domain limit applies to Pulse monitoring — participation derivations are unlimited on every plan.
Are derivations publicly visible?
All structural derivations are indexed in the Participation Ledger. Pulse telemetry and agent-level activity are private to the workspace.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal and access continues until the end of the current period. All billing is handled by Paddle — aater.ai never stores card details.
